Admission is subject to verification and confirmation from Student Point.

Access credentials are non-transferable and must be kept secure.

3. Charges & Payment

All Product payment/charges must be paid in advance as per the payment instructions.

Payments once made are generally non-refundable, except as mentioned in our refund policy.

4.  Materials & Intellectual Property

All product if any quality found low ya expire full refund and extra compassion 

Arya Enterprises are responsible for arranging their 30 day Advance credit same product same spical shops only on phyisical offical .

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

                    Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or cancellation by                         the shop.

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to within 7 days of payment.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed and credited within 7–10 working days.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Arya Enterprises respects your privacy. Personal details collected during registration will only be used for administrative and educational purposes.

We do not share your data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arya Enterprises will not be responsible for any loss of data, technical delays, or shop outcomes.

While we strive for quality Product , we do not guarantee specific image product like in real same defferent.

8. Termination of Services

Arya Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access if found violating these Terms.

Misconduct, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior may lead to permanent removal without refund.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jharkhand/Bihar (or the relevant state as per institute location).
